Ann Smith Elementary 5K Frolic and Fun Run

About the Race:
At Ann Smith Elementary, we’re proactively teaching our students the benefits of making healthy lifestyle choices. By showing our students and their families the importance of good nutrition and being physically fit, we’re contributing to an overall healthier community. We’re pleased to host our first-ever Ann Smith Elementary 5K Frolic and Fun Run to encourage our students and the community to lace up their shoes to get in shape. The proceeds from the race will be used to upgrade our playgrounds – part of our ongoing commitment to promoting physical activity.
Entry Fee:
5K Run/Walk – $20 pre-registration, $25 race day
1 Mile Fun Run – $10 pre-registration, $15 race day
Family Max – $50 pre-registration, $55 race day
Water and refreshments will be provided for participants following the races, and door prizes will be awarded.
Schedule:
Race Day Registration – 7-7:45 a.m.
1 Mile Fun Run – 8 a.m.
5K Run/Walk – immediately following Fun Run
Pre-registered participants may pick up their packets beginning at 7 a.m. on race day.
Registration:
Pre-register by mail, postmarked no later than Tuesday, October 4. Or you may pre-register at the ASE office during school hours (7:30 a.m.-2 p.m.) through Friday, October 5.
